For that reason, we expect all our tenants to undertake excellent installations that not only showcase their brand and offering, but add to the retail centre aesthetically and contribute a student “vide and feel”. Lease agreements are typically for a fixed period of between three and five years with an option to renew if certain conditions are met. Lease agreements are not perpetual and terminate finally after the option period has been exercised.

This permits the constant upgrading of the tenant offering in order tat it is always fresh, relevant and contributes to the student experience.
